Whenever we think of a leader, a general idea comes in our minds as someone who can inspire, motivate, guide and influence others towards a goal. In today's competitive world, leaders' responsibilities are much higher than ever before. However, sadly, there are many leaders who don't possess significant qualities of a leader-- as they are short-sighted, power hungry, disorganized and lack meticulous knowledge-well, by definition, they are called 'Tagged Leaders'. It is imperative for a wise and sane person to discern and support the real heroes for the utter well being of the mankind. They are blessings for all and fortunate are those who happen to be the part of their company.
Our worthy Principal, Mr Manzoor Hussain Khanday, is second to none. Words fell short of describing his charismatic character as an officer. He is a Mentor cut above the rest, an Unparalleled guide, an Ace Troubleshooter, a versatile Workaholic and an Erudite Pedagogue. He has impressed me much by his Academic Acumen, Organisational Capacities and Managerial Dexterity. I am humbled to have been provided with an opportunity to work with such a scholarly personality for a considerable period. Though I have attained a false identity as a Columnist too, he has enlightened me in Various facets of understanding. Let me throw light on some of them.
1) Communicator :-- To me, a communicator means a more talkative person, but I found him prioritising the listening aspect.
2) Non -Judgemental:- Found almost all the officers judgemental and  leaders of smaller groups. Being non-judgemental  with no idea of lobby group ,a larger group has been witnessed under the shade of his umbrella.
3) Non-Dualistic Approach:- He is a true believer of Non-dualism and changed my perception for an officer to be successful dualism is the key.
It is apt to mention here that Dualism means to divide subordinates on the basis of Good and Evil, and provide little opportunities to the dejected lot in planning and other matters.
4) Negotiating Approach:- He is endowed with the trait of Negotiating ability. It urged me to believe in open and transparent policy.
5) Sans Ego:- Not having an inflated view of his self- importance. Humbled and generous.
 Above all, I witnessed him
Passing on laurels to his team and absorbing failures--a scarce trait bestowed with him.
His knack and accumen to make the rich use of Veneer to decorate the Institute is remarkable and worth to ammulate. His assorted work is a vivid proof of his majesty.

Finally, I superimposed the condominium materialised with these traits on the standard collage of  a great leader and the indicator stuck at 'Exemplary and Super Great Leader. 'It elated and urged me to put the Castle in the battlement of the Heart to keep it safe and in a state of exhilaration for  ever.
